Before you enquire.
Do I need a residential mooring?
No residential mooring is required for leisure use, such as holidays and recreational stays, where the marina accepts your Campi at a suitable leisure berth. The marina’s stay limits and any navigation licence requirements still apply.
Using a boat as your main home at a marina is different. Confirm an appropriate residential arrangement and any relevant permissions with the operator before purchase. Recreational registration does not itself authorise permanent residential use.
